Project Details
ABC Ltd supplied and installed an Alumasc Derbigum Olivine overlay system to achieve a 35 year warranty. The roof area was over 2400m2 and works included for all alterations to existing tenant installed M&E systems, lightening protection, cable trays, sprinklers and plant decks. All works were completed with minimal disruption to the tenants below.
Full big foot support system were retro fitted to previously installed cable trays and M&E equipment to ensure compatibility with the new felt. An additional layer of contrasting colour walkways were installed to allow servicing of the units and ensure longevity of the system.

Derbigum Olivine High Performance Roofing Systems comprise a premium CO2 neutralising reinforced APP polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membrane, underlays, insulation boards and air and vapour control layers (AVCL). Alumasc undertook frequent site inspections and reports to ensure the highest level of quality was achieved, they assisted throughout the project with details and drawings to ensure they project ran seamlessly.
