Refurbishment and fit out of entire 1st floor for Optima Health. Comprising of full M&E package inclusive of new AC system, complete electrical re wire, re plumbed, new data cabling and door entry/security. Internally joinery works to form clinical washrooms, new door kits, kitchen and ceiling raft details. New carpet floor coverings laid throughout. Sash and case windows overhauled and repaired. Ornate cornicing was repaired and full site was decorated to a high standard.
External works to the original lightwell lantern within the centre of the building to remove all existing glazing, refurbish metalwork frame and install new glass throughout followed on by relining the perimeter lead gutter.
