ABC were employed to overclad the roof with a Euroclad overclad system with 25yr material warranty 10yr insurance backed workmanship warranty.
Additional works included new gutter Fatra single ply gutter liner incorporating the syphonic rainwater system.
ABC provided an insurance back guarantee for materials and workman with the workmanship signed off by the NRFC.
The project was completed on time whilst the Lidl fit out below progressed.
