ABC Ltd, serving as the main contractor undertook a refurbishment contract for Compack Cartons and McLaren Packaging to successfully overhaul 6A Grange Road from a vacant industrial unit to a state-of-the-art packaging facility.
LSH acted as the project administrators, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process.
This comprehensive project encompassed a range of enhancements, including the removal of asbestos roof sheets before the installation of Kingspan KS1000 roof with Weather Fast gutters, IKO flat roofing warrantied system, an advanced M&E package encompassing: ducting/ventilation, air conditioning, compressed air and full electrical installation and controls systems to allow all M&E plant to operate efficiently.
The office areas were refurbished with dedicated staff breakout areas, decoration works throughout, the addition of new aluminium windows, shopfronts, and doors, the integration of roller shutters for enhanced security, and car park resurfacing.
