The installation of a Bauder bitumen felt roof with 15-year guarantee was utilised to the rear of the property.
The overhaul of the timber windows brought them back to their former glory, while glazing and leadwork repairs were carried out on the glass cupula light to the rear of the building, restoring its former glory.
Internally, we focused on enhancing the property’s charm and elegance. The ornate cornice received expert decoration and repairs, highlighting its intricate details. Our team skilfully sanded and varnished the timber floors, reviving their natural beauty and ensuring their longevity.
Moreover, we prioritised electrical upgrading to meet modern safety standards along with new lighting.
